Paper cups

Cups are a kind of souvenir products that are made of paper and therefore they are often called paper cups. Paper cups with a logo can be of several types and can vary in volume. The cup can be single-layer, double-layer and corrugated. But it is difficult to print a logo on the corrugated cups. Also, besides the cups themselves, you can order paper cup lids, holders and various types of take-away packages.

Printing of the cups is done in two ways: small print quantities of the ready-made cups are printed with pad printing and large print quantities are printed with offset printing. White ready-made cups are taken for printing most often and then they are printed with ink in 1 or 2 colors on one side. You can also make colored cups but not all colors allow you to print on top, printing on dark colors will not contrast much. The most profitable way to order the production of the paper cups already with a printed logo, it is cheaper than printing on the ready-made ones. But for a minimum order, you may need to make 10 or more thousand of products of one print run depending on the volume of the cup itself.

Production of the paper cups is performed of paper or cardboard. The inner part is laminated with a lamination several microns thin which does not allow the base to leak. At the same time, the layer of lamination is so thin that the cups remain environmentally friendly and rot, like paper, about 3 weeks in the soil. The cups differ in volume, they are 110, 185, 210, 250, 340 and 520 ml. In addition to the cups themselves, the paper cup lids are made in accordance with the diameter. They are made of plastic and can be of different colors: white, chocolate, black, yellow etc. Besides the manufacture of the cups themselves this process also includes thermal cases or cup holders. They are made of the corrugated cardboard and wrapped around the cup. There are also wooden stirring sticks and various cardboard packaging for carrying the coffee along.
