Goblets

Goblets are a type of award souvenirs, which are handed to the winners of the competition or for special achievements. In advertising, the prize goblets are most often called ‘goblets with a logo’. The goblets with a logo are cups made of different materials, with a sign or a plate on which says who to and what for it is given. The goblets have always symbolized a reward for the victory or for the achievements, they are publicly granted and serve as a memory of the victories for many years.

Making goblets with a logo consists of four stages: a bowl of a goblet, a leg, a pedestal and a plate. Materials used for manufacturing goblets can be various: different types of metal, glass, china, wood. All goblets differ among themselves not only in the shape of the bowl and leg, but also in size. All types of goblets have three different sizes with the same shape, for the first, second and third places, we call them A, B and C cups.

Production of goblets with a logo is an expensive process in little quantities and it is a rare occasion when you need to make about 1000 cups to award the winners. Therefore, several big producers deal with manufacturing of the goblets and we are one of the advertising agencies that sell ready-made goblets. Since there are a lot of types of the goblets as well as shapes and sizes, we conditionally divide them into three categories: economy-class goblets, standard goblets and prestigious goblets. They differ from each other mainly in price.

The logo printing on the premium goblets is done on a metal panel using a so-called ‘engraving’ technology or it is also called ‘sublimation on metal’. This technology allows you to apply not only the text but also the pictures, and the ready-made plates are glued onto the pedestal of the goblets.
