Folders are a type of printing products used to store documents. The most commonly used term in advertising is branded folders or advertising folders. Such folders, in addition to the fact that they are convenient to attach documents, are used for promotional purposes. Logo folders serve as a permanent reminder of your brand or the name of your company to your potential customers and colleagues. Corporate folders are one of the company's corporate identity elements along with business cards, notebooks, pens, boxes, envelopes, letterheads, etc. Folders are used for storing and transmitting business information, at exhibitions and conferences for storing promotional and informational materials, at negotiations and meetings.

Printing of folders is usually done on coated cardboard 350 g / m², in finished form A4 format, but you can print in other sizes, but this will increase the price of folders. When printing folders, as a rule, indicate the company logo, address, website and other details. The printing of folders becomes the full-color printing from one or from two sides.

Making of folders with a logo is done in a full-cut method, when a folder is cut out using a figure knife and then bent and folded, it consists of one sheet. Such folders are made by offset printing technology and start with 250 pcs minimum order. This allows you to make folders at a low price, with a good transfer of colors and the possibility of using colors on pantones. It is also possible to make folders on designer cartons, which will make them exclusive folders and will certainly attract attention. Such image folders make silk screen printing technology using embossing or hot stamping and possibly small quantities.

After printing the folders several more options for post-printing processing are possible, such as: lamination or varnishing. Lamination can be made matte or glossy, and the lacquer can be solid or selective, which covers only certain elements, such as a logo. Also on the folder, you can make a blind stamping or embossing with gold or silver foil, which will give them special effects and draw attention to your advertising.
